Clinical Implementation Coordinator (Mid-Level)

Satchel Health is a rapidly growing Nashville-based healthcare company bringing telemedicine-enabled patient-centric workflows to Skilled Nursing Facilities (SNF). We are currently seeking ambitious individuals who have a solid work ethic, are independently driven, and possess strong analytical skills to serve on our team as Clinical Implementation Managers. This role will be critical in providing day-to-day support, training, and product implementation.


  • Coordinate implementations as a lead or assisting in multi-facility implementations
  • Test in preparation for go-live
  • Train users in preparation for go-live and on-site during week of go-live
  • Maintain touch points with client post go-live and offer regular feedback on usage, adoption rates, and best practices
  • Proactively identify and manage risks, issues, cross-project dependencies, and report on project/program status within published schedule
  • Identify, manage, and monitor completion of deliverables throughout project lifecycle
  • Provide management of staff to assure quality of work and integration of team members’ work
  • Facilitate decision-making that is required for progress on the project
  • Author/facilitate project implementation documentation including, but not limited to, implementation toolkits and migration schedules
  • Ensure project results meet requirements regarding technical quality, reliability, schedule, and cost
  • Solve technical and non-technical problems throughout the life of the project and post implementation


  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience required
  • 3+ years healthcare project implementation experience required
  • Experience with health plans and the post-acute care industry preferred
  • Understanding of clinical healthcare communications, related care team workflows, and patient quality and satisfaction metrics
  • Training experience preferred
  • Ability to travel up to 75% of your time required
  • Ability to manage tasks, plans, resources, and expectations associated with multiple simultaneous projects
  • Strong interpersonal communication skills
  • Must be a team player
